Driving Directions:

Follow the driving directions below to reach our storage units in heart of Mission Valley in San Diego, CA. We’re conveniently located just off the 163 and Friars Rd, just north of Hazard Center.

From the 163 North:

• Heading north on the 163, take exit 3B for Friars Rd
• Remain in the right lane, following the signs for Friars Rd East
• Turn right Friars Rd
• Turn left onto Frazee Rd
• A-1 Self Storage will be on the right 

From the 163 South:

• Heading south on the 163, exit at Friars Rd
• Remain in the right lane, following the sign Stadium/Friars Rd East
• Turn right onto Friars Rd
• Once you cross over the freeway, turn left onto Frazee Rd
• A-1 Self Storage will be on the right  

From the University of San Diego:

• Heading east from the USD Campus, take Linda Vista Rd towards Fashion Valley Mall
• Turn right onto Via Las Cumbres
• Turn left onto Friars Rd, continuing past the 163
• Turn left onto Frazee Rd
• A-1 Self Storage will be on the right
